Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for equipment research, design and development of large-scale pharmaceutical equipment, participating in reaction process development and optimization;
2. Responsible for the structural design of large-scale pharmaceutical equipment, reactor body design, fluid pipeline design, etc., and writing design instructions during the design process;
3. Responsible for preparing equipment procurement lists based on project requirements and communicating with procurement on material procurement matters;
4. Responsible for providing technical support for project construction, installation, commissioning, and operation;
5. Responsible for writing complete technical documents for the project and archiving materials according to company standards;
6. Participate in the optimization and improvement of existing product solutions;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or automation related majors;
2. Possess design work experience in the pharmaceutical machinery industry or relevant experience in the design and development of GMP clean workshop (dust-free workshop) equipment;
3. Able to independently complete the entire machine design, familiar with large-scale pharmaceutical and chemical equipment, and understand the relevant requirements of mechanical equipment in automated production lines;
4. Proficient in using conventional 3D drawing software, familiar with the design and processing of non-standard components;
5. Familiar with the selection, parameter calculation, and feasibility analysis of materials related to production line motors and sensors, and have a basic understanding of fluid mechanics.
Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's project plan, be able to independently complete the verification work of small and medium-sized peptide synthesizers, peptide lysers, and other equipment, and provide feedback or suggestions;
2. Able to independently complete the entire process development of solid-phase synthesis and cleavage of customer specified peptide sequences according to customer needs;
3. Proficient in reviewing the latest technical literature related to peptide synthesis and equipment, summarizing it into a literature brief, and providing analysis, explanation, and training to relevant personnel of the company;
4. Assist the product development department in product development;
5. Assist the sales department in completing chemical support work for solid-phase peptide synthesis;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields;
2. More than three years of experience in peptide research and development in pharmaceutical companies or laboratories;
3. Understand industry trends, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and innovative abilities;
4. Familiar with the relevant requirements for equipment in GMP regulations and specifications.
